Bernisa smiled. "Sure. I really need it. And just call me Bern. Can you go out now? I need to change my clothes." Lionel smiled and left. She put on a black top and matching pants. They walked to the nearest block, about 5 looong blocks away. "Whaddya think of Alandor?" she asked. Lionel shrugged, and put his arm around her again. "I didnt want to go out with him. Too possessive. Reminded me of a rat. But Annadella made me go out with him." She huddled closer to Lionel. "Thanks," she said. Lionel, who'd said nothing, looked at her, then looked away.
Her head tingled. "Lionel. We have to go back. Something happened to Anna." She turned and ran back. When she got back, she screamed, like two minutes. Something covered her mouth and she felt faint. She fell to the floor as Lionel came to the door. The last thing she saw was Annadella's dead body.
