The beginning Of My Fairy Tale… Or So I thought

“Hello?” I shouted. Nobody answered. I walked toward the door. It wouldn’t open. Lights flashed on and off. Finally, I heard a voice. People walked in and started dancing around me. I sat down crying like a baby because I had no idea what was going on. Microphones popped up from the bottom of the floor. Drums, guitars and pianos popped up as well. I got up and grabbed a microphone like I had no choice and started to sing.
Beep! Boop! Bop! My alarm clock went off. I grabbed a warm muffin and water. I ran to my bike and rode to school as fast as I could. But before I tell you about my late and boring days of High School, I’m going to tell you all about my childhood.
One morning I woke up and found a hamster under my bed. It bit my toe and I could tell it was laughing at my pain. That day I made cookies. I used the spoon as a baton and I got flour all over my face. Since I lived on a farm I had to do lots of work. First, I fed the cows. Subsequently, I groomed the horses. One of them pooped on my shoe and it smelled the whole day. Did I mention I was only six? Anyway, the last thing I had to do was have our dog Rhino round up our sheep. I liked Rhino’s name because he reminded me that he was always so cute and funny. Like one time, I spilled a whole bunch of milk on our floor and Rhino drank all of it and he burped so loud that the cows heard, the horses heard, the goats heard and all the country heard so it started a riot.
On the first day of school for first grade a girl came up to me and asked me where I lived. I told her I lived out in the country. She laughed and put out her hand. I shook it.
“I’m Riley,” she said.
“I’m Mandy,” I said. Since then we’ve been best friends.
