Blood Money-Prologue

Her dark hair was swept to one side, revealing only one of her black rimmed eyes. Her olive green top was low at the front, and the black miniskirt showed most of her legs, which were brought to a stop by a pair of black suede boots. It was into these boots she slipped the gun.

   She opened the door to her five-star hotel room and walked down the corridor, her head held high. As she entered the lobby her boots clacked loudly on the marble floor. Despite the facts that most the guests were dressed far more grandly then she was, all eyes seemed to be on her. Her expression was a relaxed half smile, and she was barely aware of the lump of cold metal pressing against her skin.

    When she left the hotel she turned right, and disappeared into the crowd.

    It was easy. As soon as the victim saw her they panicked and walked down a nearby alleyway. The killed had no idea what possessed them to do that.

    The shot was simple, and the cowering girl was dead without a second thought. The killer doubted anyone had even heard the sound.

     A huge figure loomed out of the shadows.

     “Stage one complete.” The killer told him, tucking the gun back into her boots.
