Bone dry: From a dog's point of view

in Forks!

I was born a puppy, like most dogs. Treated ever so nicely by my owner until the day came. I was sold to a loving owner that loved me and named me Duffy. But, my master did not always love me. This is where my story starts.

I loved my new owner. She was cute, nice and from what I understand, her name is Lizzie. Everyday, she would come home from school and throw me my favourite toy. This soon changed. She grew older in people years, while I aged in dog years. She stopped throwing the toy and started using cheaper dog food. When I turned 5 people years, we moved to a much smaller home that was very depressing. I soon learned that they were very poor. So poor that they sold me to a nice seemingly rich family.

They day I was sent away from Lizzie, my new owner re named me Sir Fluffington. Of course, the child who named me was around 7 and very immature. This drove me nuts!! I hated my new name and owner!! I would have rather been poor with Lizzie than live with those snooty, self-centered rich people!!!! I decided to make a plan. I started to bark uncontrolably and I chewed up all of the shoes. Let me tell you how this plan backfired.
