Dr. Bedger opened her fridge. She took out 2 viles of… “Succinyl Chorine!” Casey said. “Yes, but look at this one,” Dr. Bedger showed her one of the viles. “Look! There are two little holes in it!” Meg exclaimed. “Needle holes,” Casey said, “Someone took out some Succinyl Chorine! Well, at least I think so. We don’t know for sure yet. The vile is full…” She rubbed her chin. ‘How is this possible?’ she thought. Then she got an idea. “Dr. Bedger get that Succinyl Chorine tested. We’ll find out what’s in there,” Casey said. “What?” Meg asked, “Case, the container is full! It’s all…Oh! I get it!” Danny looked at them utterly confused. “Don’t you get it?” Meg asked. Danny started to get the idea, but then lost it. He shook his head as to say no then shrugged his shoulders. Meg and Casey whispered in his ear. “Okay?” Casey asked. “Yeah, ok. It all makes sense now! The world isn’t that cruel after all!” he joked. “This ain’t a laughing matter!” Meg whispered at him. Danny looked at her.
Soon after that the 3 detectives said good-bye to Dr. Bedger and Ann. Then they left for the HQ.
