alice drumed her fingers on the cabnet top. her father and mother were supposed to be home by now. she looked at the clock on the wall: 10:45pm. it was a dark october night with the wind howling softly through the trees.
11:01pm:
thats was it, her parents must not be coming home anytime soon. she desided she was better off goin to bed. as she sliped into her bed and heard the wind howl louded, odd. she thought. this wind sounded defferent. more like a call.
11:15pm:
after tossing and turning, alice finally desided to open the window, though it was october it was blazing hot in that house. as she opened the window the cool night air greeted her lovingly. the air could have been freezing cold for all she cared. she opened a small droor (Sp?) in search of a book, under a pile of socks something glowed. 'whatg da?' she though as she lifted the object out of the dwoor. it was a silver pendant, odd words were inscribed into it. the pendant was so beautyful she couldn't help but slip it around her neck. suddenly it started to admit a low sounds that was almost to quiet to hear. then, just as quick as it started the sound stoped. odd. she thought.
11:57pm
a high pitched sound filled the air. it was so loud alice thought her ears would soon bleed but then it stoped. the sound of running feet circled the house. alice ran to the window. surronding the house were a cluster of odd looking people, with sad eyes and emotionless faces....
