The Escape: chapter 2

Attack the Dark Kingdom? That was unheard of! "We can't attack the Dark Cats!" Swift protested, "We're too weak." Moon was stubborn," We will recruit others then. We will not just wait for them to attack!" Star spoke," Where will we find new recruits?" he asked. Moon waited until the cave was quiet."We have stayed in the prairie land for as long as I can remember. We don't know what or who lives beyond our lands. I will send," Moon concluded," 3 of you to venture beyond our border and bring help to drive out this threat. We will no longer live in fear!" Star had one more question, one that probably every cat had:"Who will you send?"

Meanwhile in the Dark Kingdom.....

"S-Sir!" the unfortunate cat reported to Shadow, the Kingdom's leader.
"What do you want?" Shadow said calmly. The reporter gulped, knowing that the leader was very unpredictable,"The captured spies-" "Yes," Shadow said. "they have escaped!" the reporter blurted out. Shadow's face was contorted with rage. "What!!!!" he screeched. The reporter backed away slightly, knowing that this might be his last report. "We have killed one of them as they tried to escape," he put in. "That changes nothing!" Shadow hissed, "Two spies escaped with information of our plans, and probably are reporting to their leader now." he calmed down,"Get out of my sight now," he ordered. "Yes sir," After he left, Shadow planned how he would put an end to the rebellions and rule more than just the forest. He would rule the entire country side!
