The Half-Blood (Book One) Chap. 2 |D| (From the letters in the chapters, it will show who Willow's god parent is)

*This is Percy Jackson's point of view, and during the story, every two chapters it goes from Percy to Willow, and I'm going to keep it up*
"Did Chiron say if we were playing Capture The Flag today, Grover?" I asked.
"Nah, there's too much training already. Besides, Riley and Carter said they were bringing a new camper!" my friend Grover said.
I rolled my eyes. ANOTHER new camper. How full can one place get!? The training arena was the same as always, dirt flying around when anyone kicked it up. Then, she came.
I don't mean my good friend Annabeth Chase, a daughter of Athena. No, THIS girl was different than any girl I met. Yeah, she looked a little...upset, but she was REALLY pretty. She reminded me of Calypso, a sorceress on a phantom island. A strand of her long black hair out of the rest of her hair and I went through a flashback of last year.
When she started talking to Riley, however, I finally saw her eyes. They were like you were staring into a cup of hot cocoa, and I melted in them. Grover started laughing then, because he probably knew what I was doing. "Her father would squash you like a bug if you even got ten feet from the girl!" Grover said through his guffaws (and honestly, I think it means hard, hysterical laughter).
I glared at Grover and looked back over. Then I noticed that Carter Thomas was there, too. That son of Aphrodite was ALWAYS going for girls, like this one time when this daughter of Ares, Avery, moved into camp, we both hated each other but Carter just flirted with the poor soul 24/7. She eventually threw him in the canoe lake, which I made worse by keeping a shark in there (thanks, Poseidon). Then, Carter gestured for the girl and Riley to come to the training arena.
I got back to practicing with Grover as soon as they set foot in there. "Who are they?" the girl asked, her voice reminding me yet again of Calypso.
"Percy Jackson and Grover Underwood. Grover's a satyr, meaning he has goat legs instead of human legs. Did you already know what satyrs are, Willow?" Riley explained.
It took me a little long to realize that Willow was the girl. The sound of her name reminded me of someone I already knew but I couldn't put my finger on it. "Oh, you use swords here, and you're being COMPLETELY serious about the whole half-blood thing?" Willow asked.
"Um, yeah! Yeah, we use swords. Some are, uh, magic, like mine," I explained and took the cap for my pen/sword, Riptide, and capped the sword.
"Riiiiiiiight. Are...are you...." Willow started, and I could have SWORN I was about to finish her sentance with "seeing anyone", but then she said, "You look like you're going to faint, Percy."
"Hey, look at the time, I gotta go now, BYE!" I said and left for the Poseidon cabin.
"Wait, seriously, you're just gonna LEAVE!?" Willow asked from back in the training arena.
Then, a sword almost slashed my left arm off. "What...did you just do?" I asked, trying to stay calm.
"If you think you can just back out like that, you're not even tough enough to fight an old lady!" Willow yelled.
"Look, kid..." I started, but Willow cut me off with, "I'm as old as you, dummy!"
I felt like I was gonna REALLY kick some serious demigod blood outta her but stared cool. "Willow, I've won a battle against the god of war, you don't want to mess with me," I explained.
"Oh, yeah, Fish Face?" she asked.
That ticked me off. I've only been called "Seaweed Brain" by Annabeth and one of my other friends, Thalia. I swung one at her but it was parried as easily as anyone could. "I used to take fencing back in Oregan since I was nine," Willow explained with a sarcastic smile.
Another one, parried. This escalated into something more, where Willow started beating me HARD. I had a gash in my left shoulder and my eye was inches away from a bloody sword cut. Then, she took Riptide out of my hands and knocked me over. "Sorry, didn't you want me to help you across the street?" Willow asked sarcastically.
THAT really got me angry. With one blow, Willow had a deep cut in her cheek. Another one got her in the arm. Then, I made the mistake of swinging at her legs. She tripped and then fell, and if I had one dollar for every loud slam I've heard in battle, I'd be rich.
She looked up at me, and I melted, yet again. I couldn't stand hurting Willow. With a clang from my falling sword as it hit the ground, I helped the girl back up. "What are you doing!? That was a really good battle! Come on, you HAD to stop there!" I heard Annabeth yell.
Grover said something to Annabeth. "Well, this is ironic," Nico di Angelo, a son of Hades, said in the background.
"What do you mean 'ironic'?" Willow asked.
"I have to tell you something important. Tilt your head up ten degrees at the least," Nico explained.
Above Willow was a flaming green holographic skull. That settled it. I fell for someone who would normally be on the "temper" side of me. "What does this mean?" Willow asked.
"It means I have a new half sister, and that YOU'RE a daughter of Hades, lord of the dead," Nico said with a little smirk.

"Well isnt this ironic" HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I WAS LAUGHING SO FLIPPING HARD!!! I LOVE THIS!!!
How many of the PJ have you read? Because you might not want to make Percy fall in love cause that would be... eh... dramatic for most fans. Because, well I dont wanna spoil, so I just wouldnt do it. BUT I REALLY LIKE THIS! and you can do whatever you want! I have been warning people, plus, if you havent read all the books, you should THEY JUST GET BETTER AND BETTER!!! :D:D:D
~Kay~
I've read the entire series (IT'S THE BEST SERIES OF BOOKS I'VE READ!!!!!!!!) and this is set AFTER The Last Olympian, so I've made a couple...changes. My favorite quote from this is "Her father would squash you like a bug if you got even ten feet from the girl!". Haha...
"It's him," I said. "Typhon." I was seriously hoping Chiron would say something good, like 'No, that's our huge friend Leroy! He's going to help us!' --The Last Olympian
OH I KNOW! THEY ARE MY FAVORITE! I loved that line! It was hillarious, but I also like the fact that Percy and Annabeth got together in the last book. It was like, FINALLY! haha
I just love this - I gotta say - possibly best fan-fic of percy jackson ever created OR at least really close. I love how you are writing this!
~Kay~
