here goes a new and improved story!!!
When will Dad be home? Clay thought glancing at the door. "Your father will be home soon, Clay. His work is running.......late. His.....shall I say, 'cargo', is stubborn," Clay's mind reading sprite whispered. " I already know, Aaron. Dad leaves everything out to much! Engineer! Please! He lied to me. Everybody! He lied to everybody!!!!! He-he-he should-" "Clay?" Clay's mother's voice. His mother, Larretta, cmae down, looking bedraggled and sleepy. "Clay, honey, why are you down here?" she asked, pushing a lock of dark red hair away from her dull, glassy brown eyes. "Where's Dad?" Clay demanded. Larretta was stunned. "I-I-I-I don't know, sweetie. i don't know...."
