"And so," the Mayor announced. "could the four brave Callotopians please come up to the stage, please?"
Dwayne smirked.
I kicked him.
We walked up to the stage. The Mayor handed us slips of paper.
"These are the people you are looking for," he told us.
"To do what?" Anna asked.
The Mayor's face darkened. "Kill."
I couldn't believe it. I had never kiled anyone in my life!
But then I saw it.
In a corner, printed in tiny type, it said
The Mayor.
