Chapter 9

Sarah the chipmunk walked through a forest. She was one of the survivors from Team Lightning, she had been alone for a few months now. She heard a beeping noise from her knapsack, she opened it. It was a satalite video phone, it said that the caller was from Savanna the hedgehog. She ansewered it.

"What's up, Sarah!", said Savanna. Shadow was watching from a distance behind her. "So, I'm not the only one who survived from the dog attack.", answered Sarah. "Savanna, I-", said Shadow. "SHUT UP SHADOW!", yelled Savanna. Shadow gave a hurt look then said, "but, I-" "SHADOW, BE QIUET I'M ON THE PHONE!!", yelled Savanna. "Uh, is there an issue?", asked Sarah. "Nah, nothing except for an annoying brother.", answered Savanna. Sarah nodded understandingly. "It's important.", said Shadow. "Shadow, if you interupt again I'll break your wrist again.", threatened Savanna. "Shadow, what is it?", asked Sarah. "Don't worry, he probably just flushed his ipod down the tiolet, again.", said Savanna. Sarah giggled then asked, "really what is it?" "You're half right, I did do that, but it wasn't mine... It was yours.", answered Shadow. Then Sarah roared with laughter. Savanna glared at the both of them, Shadow started laughing too. "When you get here, you are going to get this too.", said Savanna then tackled Shadow before he could run. "What do you mean by: when I get here?", asked Sarah, Savanna was wringing him by the neck, she dropped him then answered, "well are you going to come back so we can make the team again?" "I don't know where you are.", said Sarah. Shadow quit choking then suggested, "maybe you should-" "Quiet nuisance.", said Savanna. Savanna gave Sarah directions, right before she disconnected Shadow said, "you're one crazy chick." Savanna punched him in the face.

Sarah disconnected then nodded while saying, "they're the same as they were almost a year ago."
