Chapter 1

The Letter

One could describe Adam Johnson as a typical boy: Popular, played football, and had a crush. But if they were to dig a little deeper, they would find that he changed on one particular day.

Adam cleaned up his book pile. He had decided that he would go to the library with his family to return some books. He called over his mom. They set off with his dad. While he was walking, he heard something strange. He heard footsteps from the ground. It didn’t seem THAT suspicious. He just forgot about it when he entered the library.

2 days later, he was talking to Jean Johnson, his twin sister, about the Science class, when he heard something. A voice; barely noticeable, but he heard it. It was muttering something Adam could not understand. He heard it from the locker. He opened his it. Then, he saw a paper put on the wall of the locker. It looked a lot like this:

You are about to be possessed. Watch out human, this day can be your last. Don't bother trying to run, You will get pulverized in about three seconds if you do. This will be your end. You will enter the undergrounds and come out?NEVER! Prepare for your death.

The Jackson Family

He stared blankly at the page, not sure if this was some type of joke. He looked around, seeing if the man who done it was in sight. He glanced around, and it seemed quite obvious the man (or woman) who had written this had vanished. He shrugged, shoved the paper into his locker, and got out his geography books.

The shadows surrounding the girl were tempting. She stared blankly, and walked through the shadows. Then the girl saw her mom’s gleaming red eyes. She smiled up at her mother. Her father had left already, and they were ready for the trip over to wait for their victim. “Who is it going to be?” she asked. Her voice had a slight British accent. The mom looked up, and said simply, “A man, no, boy. He is 10. Name: Adam Johnson.” For some reason, the name seemed to soothe her fangs. She seemed calmed down by the thought of this boy, whatever he may look like. The girl brushed her hair, which, in the time she was human, was thought of very attractive. Then she walked off, wondering, and smiling, showing her sharp fangs.

Adam was still wondering about what the strange paper was about when he walked through the front door of his house. He had gotten stuck on the History quiz, his easiest subject, because of absent-mind like thinking. He threw his backpack aside, and it clanked on to the floor. He was tired. He decided to take a nap. He plopped his body down on his nice, cozy, blue bed. And, before he knew it, there was nothing but a snore inside the room.

The girl was ready. She, had, for some reason, dressed in a gown. She nodded toward her mother, who was ready. She put her feet in her high-heels, and walked through the door. She was ready to meet this “Adam”. That is, if she wouldn’t kill him.

Two hours later, Adam had gotten dressed in his suit, and was ready to go to the party. His mom and dad were dropping him off, and they were going to take only 15 minutes. He walked out the door. His mom followed quickly along with his dad. The street was quiet. It was already 7:00. They left the house quietly. While he was walking, he heard the sound of footsteps below him. AGAIN. He started freaking out (inside his mind) about the possibilities. He walked slightly faster, a little panicked. Then, he felt a crack; a crumble; then a full collapse. He stared helplessly as his family disappeared along with him into the grounds. Deep….Deeper…DEEPER….Deepest…

Clunk, and then thud. The girl smiled. She was ready; Either to make friends, or to kill.

That was great!!! In my head

That was great!!! In my head it was like a movie!!! It was so cool! Just one thing. Please, don't put Please Read and Comment! on every chapter. It's kind of annoying. Just saying.
