NOW IT IS REALLY GORY!

Chapter 4

The Gory Days of Head Chopping

Adam drew my sword, not sure whether or not he should also be going crazy. Then he quickly began to fight. Jewel joined in with my slashing routine. It took a long time, but eventually we had chopped off a lot. Adam had chopped off the parts of 800 vampires. “How many you got?” he yelled. “1200!” she yelled. Adam nodded at her. That meant another 6000 heads, 6000 bodies, 12000 arms, and 12000 legs. He groaned. His sword was already covered in blood, and his shirt was stained. Then, he thought of and learned a new trick. He threw my sword, and it swung around, chopping off a couple body parts of different vampires before returning to his hand. He smiled.

Adam fought with Jewel against the waves of vampires until 8000 bodies, 8000 heads, 16000 arms, and 16000 legs. He sighed. Everything he wore was covered with gore. His blade was now really red, probably considered “Red Sword”. Jewel walked over, with everything she wore also covered and stained with blood. They tried not to scream at the blood stripes across our face. Smiling, Adam asked, “Should we take a bath?” Jewel grunted. “Please. If I could, I’d love to.” Adam laughed. Jewel smiled too. They walked through the next door, and luckily had to deal with only 10 vampires. They decided to stop at the bar, for there was a trapdoor leading outside of the tower.

You could imagine how scared everyone at the restaurant was when they saw two 10 year olds covered with blood carrying swords on their waist. Their ordering was delayed because none of the waiters would go too close to them. After so, they climbed out of the restaurant, and walked back to the mansion. They entered the window, and entered another door. Then, he saw a huge black monster. He gulped. It was a dragon.

The dragon was mainly black only. It had scales and claws that were purple. It breathed a huge fog of green. “Poison!” Jewel yelled. Adam covered his nose and mouth. Then, when the fog cleared, he saw a huge frown on the dragon’s face. Adam threw his sword at the dragon, and it appeared that the sword had hurt the dragon decently. It groaned in pain quite angrily.  Then, it raised a huge fist and struck it down, shaking the ground. Adam barely stood up. Then, Jewel looked at him, clearly also weakened from the huge earthquake. Then, he saw a huge difference, and probably weakness in the dragon. The wing on its left seemed badly scared. Adam threw his sword at the wing. The dragon groaned in pain. Then, he got up again (for he had fallen down again), and stared as the dragon collapsed. Then, he saw it cough up something. He grabbed it. It was a key. The next door turned out to be locked. Perfect. Then, he took the key, turned the lock, and entered the next room.

The first thing Jewel and Adam saw was the humongous chandeliers at the top of the ceilings. Then, he nodded at Jewel. They saw a huge figure in front of them. It was wearing an especially big cloak. Then, Adam gasped. It was a vampire, but also, it seemed like a humongous monster vampire. Adam drew his sword. He was more than ready. Then, he saw a humongous blur, and fell down, not sure whether west was east or east was west. This was a troubling thing for Jewel, who now had to fight solo. Then, she looked at the vampire. She saw why Adam had fallen down. It was a humongous vampire, but it was actually also…a venomous one. The venom had infected Adam. Of course, vampires were the source of this type of venom, so Jewel was immune to the attack. However, she had to use Venomshank. She drew the green, but now red sword, and stabbed the vampire. Then, the vampire let out a groan, and the poison was lifted. The next thing anybody knew, Adam was back up on his feet. He drew his sword, ready to show payback. He suddenly did 5 strokes, purposely missing the vampire. They seemed to draw something out. The next thing was that a huge cage of iron was trapping the vampire. Then, Adam drew one last line. The vampire’s cage exploded, and so did the vampire. Pieces of scrap iron bounced off Jewel and Adam’s face. They stared blankly at what was before them. A teleport: only available for one person to enter. ONE PERSON.

They stared at each other. Finally, Adam agreed to go through the teleport, while Jewel would travel over and attack some other fortresses in the war on the vampire side. Adam waved a last good-bye. He looked at her one last time, smiling, and then stepped through the teleport.

He flew through the air, then, he felt himself fall…deep? No, up. High to the sky, he rose, and rose higher…and higher…
