CATCHING FIRE MAKES BOOK ONE LOOK LIKE CHILDSPLAY! Katniss is thrown into teh Quell which leads to the 75th annual Hunger Games. with teh Victory tour making teh Nation go into Rebellion the President is out for revenge-- And blood. Catching fire is intense, magical, and scary at points. with so many charactrs, betraysel, and then truces, this book makes the first one just look like a side dish. Peeta and Katniss get themselves into more trouble than the first Games, and this is no joke. New Characters are awakened back from some of teh older Games, and Collins writes with fire on her fingers. Catching fire is the perfect set up for the End of the Hunger Games Trilogy. JLMC gives Catching Fire 5 stars. Coming soon-- Silence, 11/22/63, Maze Runner, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, and A Discovery of Witches.

Nice review! Catching Fire is epic, amazing, and fantastic. Everyone should read it. It is the SECOND book of the Hnger Games triology, not the last. I say it was the best of the three. I certainly give it a 4.5 rating. Go Suzanne Collins!!

In my opinion, the Hunger Games is the best. XD But awesome review!
~These fights and lack of comments are spreading fire throughout KidPub. If we don't stop soon, everyone will be upset and mean to each other. So instead of fighting, let's just write. If KidPub burns, we burn with it.~ Me. ~"C'mon girls! I'm certain thi
Mm, yes. While I don't think it's better than book one, I have to say that I'm a total THG GEEK. :) The only reason I like Book 1 better is because it's way more violent, although there's the whole thing with Haymitch and Maysilee in Catching Fire that was just... gory. XD But I haven't read Mockinjay yet. But the entire series (or what I've read of it) is just plain ol' EPIC.

I loved The Hunger Games, because it was action packed and suspenseful. However, i didn't like Catching Fire so much because there was way to much kissing and talking. These are both great books but I liked the First one better.
