Death in Friendship

Okay first off, I meant 3 1/2, not 3. Danielle wrote a really good book called Death in Friendship (I'll be referring to it as DIF). I gave it a 3 1/2 because I thought it was moving a bit too fast, and I would've liked some more description. Otherwise I think it is a really good realistic fiction book! I can tell that she worked hard on this book, and I hope she begins posting it again! So far there is a preface-chapter 13. The preface was AMAZING! It's everything you hope to find in a book: dramatic, mysterious, suspense, WHATEVER! Here's a brief description:

Jaylin is a twelve-year-old girl (turns thirteen in chapter 13) who meets the new kid at school one day named Zane. Zane is a loner; he doesn't talk to anyone at school, sits by himself at lunch, doesn't play with anyone at recess, and always goes by himself to a cornfield to write in his notebook. Over time, Zane begins to open up to Jaylin, and they soon become best friends. One day, Jaylin tries to read what is inside the notebook, but feels so guilty, she decides not to. That's about it really.

It's a pretty good book, and I suggest it to anybody looking for a pretty quick read read with family, friendship, slight mystery, and realistic fiction. That's it for now. But one more thing: DIF is going to be a script! Stay tune for the world premeire of it TODAY!
