in Immortal Island, in the fire clan, in room 429, doing homework with Flame, Summer, Flick, and Aurie. :D
There is one word to describe this. STUNNING.
In 1919, in black-and-white, an auction is shown, selling the remains of the old opera house. The auctioneer announces the selling of the chandelier that was mysteriously and famously destroyed by the Phantom of the Opera. Then, as the chandelier is revealed, the title song begins to pound and all fades into color…
In 1870, two men bought the opera house. As they watch the prima donna sing, a mysterious presence grows annoyed with the awful sound and attempts to murder her. She leaves in a huff, and young Christine is asked to try the song. When, during the opera, as she sings in front of all of Paris, down beneath the cracks in the floor, through the holes in the vents, a cloaked figure raises his arms to the beauty of her song. And above, in the audience, the handsome Raoul recognizes Christine from childhood and runs to meet her in her dressing room afterwards. She tells Raoul of the Angel of Music, the spirit of her deceased father that has been teaching her since his death. When Raoul leaves, she hears a man singing, and follows the Phantom of the Opera down into the depths of the opera house…
Who will she choose: Raoul, her childhood friend? Or the deformed madman and musical genius of the depths of the opera house, desperate for love?
Romance, drama, and horror mingle perfectly in this amazing adaption of the musical. The Phantom’s passion for Christine will bring tears to your eyes. The reaction of the puzzled opera owners to the Phantom’s demands of payment will leave you laughing.
And the music will leave you breathless and stunned.
Please, please, please, please watch this movie, if only for the amazing music. You won’t regret it.
P.S. here is the title song. :)
