What can I say? This book amazes me.

First off, I think you should know  that The Prince of Neither Here Nor There was first released in September 2009 (Or it could've been August). The second one is coming out in October 2010 (or it could be September. And yes, I do get confused with release dates very easily)

So what's it about? TPONHNT (The Prince of Neither Here Nor There) is about a 14 year old boy named Breanden who is a faerie. Not a fairy, as in Tinkerbell, but a faerie who can control nature and all that other stuff amgic stuff they do. The book has three parts to it, the first called the Awekening.

The Awakening is basically about Breanden and his life at school. He's kind of a (cough) dork and considered a nerd-even though he goes to a gifted school where everyone else is basically nerds as well. ILet me tell you, it is a very sad day when one is called a nerd by a bunch of other nerds. :( Anyways, back to the story. Breanded has this scar on his chest that is a ward that protects him from discovering his true identity. One day (SPOILER ALERT) a fair folk comes alonmg and eats it off, therefore taking away the ward his father has cast on him when he was an infant. Beandan is adopted although he never found that out until later. HIs father is a very powerful faerie who went missing after his wife died.

The second part is called Feaking out and Running. Basically about Breanden and his friend(ish) Kim or Ki-Mata trying to reach an island where Breanden will be safe from his evil aunt who wants him to join her in wiping out the human world. Along the way, Breanden discovers he has many different powers. Most faeries (maybe even all) have only one type of art (ie, control time, voice of command, etc.,) but Breadnen seems to have almsot all the arts.

The last part, The Quest is where Breanden is given a quest where he has to set out on his own to retrieve his amulet which will give him his true faeire powers (or something like that). Apparently, some person stole it from him when he was a baby.

So that's TPONHNT. GO OUT AND BUY IT NOW BECAUSE THIS IS AN AMAZING BOOK AND YOU'D BETTER READ IT!!!!!
