Ice-Skating Surprise!
by Meghyn Torabi

Ice-Skating Surprise! By, Meghyn Torabi One day three girls were getting ready for an ice skating show. The first girl was named Kristi Yamaguchi. She was a champion skater. She won all of the championship games. She had 90 trophies! Kristi had dark, dark brown hair. She had a glittery dress and white skates. The next girl was Michelle Trackenburg. She had brown reddish hair. She had a cheetah print dress and brown skates. The last girl was Cindy Ricks. She always wanted to win. She never cared about anything else. Cindy had a violet dress and blonde hair. Her skates were black. One day the girls where at the ice rink practicing for their show at 4:30 pm. “I hope I win!” Cindy said. “You’re too nosey.” Kristi blurted out. Now normally Kristi wasn’t like this. “You two need to keep quite.” Michelle asked politely. “I’m a way better skater than Kristi.” Cindy cried out. “Are not!” Kristi yelled. “Break it up you two.” Michelle yelled louder. “Fine!” the two girls said together. Finally show day came. “Okay girls-“Cindy started. “Let’s do our best.” Kristi finished for her. Kristi was first to perform. When Kristi was about to do a triple turn- whoa! Kristi fell. “Now what am I going to do?” Kristi whispered to herself. All the flower girls cheered for Kristi. Next, it was Cindy’s turn. “I have to win!” Cindy screamed. When Cindy went on everyone clapped. “When Kristi fell, that meant I’m in the lead!” Cindy said. When the flower girls her what she had said they told the judges. When Cindy was done it was Michelle’s turn. “I’m just going to do my best.” Michelle whispered. After Michelle was done the people threw flowers on the ice for the skaters. The flower girls skated on and gave the girls all their roses. When Cindy and Kristi got their score they found out they were tied with 900312543 points. “I was supposed to win!” Cindy started crying. When Michelle got her score she won with 19311156 points. “I won!” Michelle said. Kristi said “Humph!” Cindy was still crying. All the girls walked off.

Great job, Meghyn! I love it

Great job, Meghyn! I love it when the underdog wins. :) You could improve it by giving a little more detail, but it's really good. :D

Bless this highly nutritious microwavable macaroni and cheese dinner and the people who sold it on sale. Amen. -Kevin, Home Alone
