I'm trying to teach myself ASL. I can only say very basic things like "Slower, please", "Can you fingerspell that?", "Are you deaf?", and, of course, "Are you married? I'm married. I have 3 children. Do you have any children?" Because that's totally essential.

By the way, I have learned some Japanese songs, even though I'm crap at singing (I really am.)

My school:
Year 7: French and German
Year 8: French, German, Spanish, Latin
We HAVE to do all of these. No choice. And at GCSE you have an option to take Ancient Greek as well as one modern foreign language.
French = boring. I am french, so fluent already.
German = difficult. Our teacher uses a teddy bear called Hans to help teach - which can make lessons interesting. And he loves using jazz hands.
Spanish = no idea. Taking it next year.
Latin = no idea. Taking it next year.
