Whenever I brush my hair it's really soft, but I run around a lot, so it gets sorta frizzy, a piece sticking out here, a piece sticking out there. It's about an inch past shoulder length, and ponytails and pigtails don't work, they just come out. Any suggestions for how to wear it?

Maybe two pigtails down the very bottom of your head, spaced apart. It keeps the hair together, usually. :P
Or you could use a chunk of hair from one side and pull it over to the other side so kindof like this:

But braid the extra bit over your ear. Surprisingly, it doesn't flop over your eyes. :P
