At my school we have this awesome assignment where, around christmas time you demonstrate something such as cooking in front of the seventh and eighth graders (around 20 something in all ) but most make some christmas desert and bring in samples to share with the classes its awesome.

You know, I don't want to boast, but I'm pretty good at baking. ^_^

However...

I can make an excellent lemon meringue pie. I have never used a cake mix in my life, and I make brownies (no mix) like three times a week for my dad. But give me a pudding mix and tell me to make it?

I fail.

You're not boasting.

I love pies. They're so simple and easy and elegant and (usually) yummy. See the apple cream pie recipe. And I made a butterscotch pie, but that was WAY too sweet for me. However, my father loved it.

I. Love. This. Thread. When I get home, I will post my 'famous' snickerdoodle and no-bake cookie recipes.

My cooking mistake:
My friend and I wanted to bake cookies. We didn't have much milk, but it was just enough. We were halfway through the recipe when I told my friend that I love powdered sugar. She tried some, then spit it out and grabbed the milk container and drank all the milk! We had to wait for my dad to come home to get milk.

Yuck! I have 4 cousins on one side of the family, and the oldest one and me always dare the younger ones to eat a teaspoon of baking cocoa.

Ooooo...I HAVE to post a recipie for PB eggs. You make this creamy PB mixture and dip them in a fudge....tastes SOOOOO good!
