Question Good Songs For Talent Shows
Me and two other girls were going to dance or sing a song in our school talent show.We were looking at all sorts of songs today but,couldn't agree on any. Maybe someone would have some suggestions?Anyways...this was stuff we were thinking about:
Stuff from like plays or movies,like Grease Lightning,and Popular
We were also looking at old classics like,Rockin Robin
We looked at some slow ones like David Cook's Time of My Life
Lastly we were looking at like modern pop:Lovesong,When I Grow Up,Disturbia

But,maybe kind of appropriate because like because it will be preformed in front of little kids.Also,maybe something good for graduations...We're in fifth grade and it's our last year before middle school.

  • Maybe you could do...

  • The Time of my Life is really good, my grade did it for the winter concert.
  • What about writing a song? You're a way good poet, how about turning a poem into a song?
  • Uuuuuuuuuum....Maybe you could consider songs from American Idol, because they have appropriate songs, right?
  • Some Avril Lavigne is good. (lol Am I kidding? She, like, swears in every song XD)
  • Taylor Swift. She's the frawesomest. XD

Me & some friends are planning a talent show sometime, and my one friend, who's obsessed with musicals, is like, "I think we could just sing all the music from Les Miserables." And after more talking, and saying it should be all sorts of talents and whatnot, she says, "Well, we have to have at least three songs from Les Mis." It was kind of funny. I really love her.
