Question Guys

I like this guy in my class who's a year older than yours truly,,,, I'm in fifth grade and kinda confused about guys right now. Is it normal? Is me liking (strongly liking) this guy okay?

It's fine. As long as you guys don't start getting all lovey all over each other it's perfectly fine. It's just like how I like this boy in my class. Not love like, but friend like.

Exactly, crushing is cool, it is easy, personally, I would stick with that.

I've been in love with Percy Jackson since I was ten. And I was also in love with Rudy Steiner briefly a few months ago.

But yeah, hdogthebookworm, it's perfectly ok to like a guy when you're ten. I remember back when I was around ten or eleven, I felt guilty for liking guys. Then I got to middle school and realized that everyone likes someone, even if you try to convince yourself that you don't. Honestly, the only bad thing about liking guys is that they don't always like you back. And a lot of them are players.

Dude, I'm in LOVE with Rudy Steiner from The Book Thief. I mean, seriously. I LOVE him. And for anyone who's read Fever 1793, I'm in love with Nathaniel Benson too. And if you've read The Witch of Blackbird Pond, I love Nat...lol.

And yesh, it's fine to like guys when you're ten. I've just started middle school and some people actually are DATING now. Yickers. I'm still ten right now.

I know, right? When I got to middle school, everyone was dating someone, when not two months ago, in fifth grade, nobody had "boyfriends" or "girlfriends" (please note: the quotations are my way of doing air quotes on the Internet).

Oh yeah, and congrats on getting runner-up in the September/October writing contest, hdogthebookworm.
