Smile Lauren's Summer Reading List

Hey guysies and girlsies and kiddies!!

Well, my summer is coming near and I will have lots of time to READ!!!!!!!!!!! a pastime/hobby/love that I have been neglecting lately. All of you always talk about your favourite books and how they are all the best, and I have no idea what they are because I have never read them.

So, what I'm asking [because I need help XD] is quite simple - some advice. Jjust post and tell me some MUST READS that you love and that I should read over my summer, because I want to read some awesome books and get up to date with my literature.

So, COMPILE my SUMMER READING LIST for me!! Please

weeeelllllllll.........
hmmm. What are you into, generally???
You know abotu FM-UF of Mrs. B.E.F. - lol, I hope you can get it from somewhere!!
There's a book called Phoenix Rising about a girl living with her grandmother near a nuclear plant that implodes, sending dangerous radiation into the air. As a result of this, Nyle's grandmother takes in Ezra, a 15-yr-old boy who is extremely sick from radiation, and his mother... Nyle becomes friends with Ezra....
Another really good one is The Book Thief. It really is excellent.
Hmmm.... If you're looking for fast, easy-to-read detective stories, try James Patterson. There's also the Max Ride series (I read each one in @ least 6 hours, and there're 3 of them), and of course Brisingr, if you haven't got to it yet.
The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency by Alexander Something (can't remember) is a different kind of book that's entertaining, you can read that, too - there are sequels, though I haven't read them.
Hmmmm...
If I think of more, I'll post!

M
btw, are you entering the contest???

OMG I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!! thank you so much!! *jumps for joy*

Everyone keeps talking about the Book Thief so that will be high on my list, along with the last two twilight books...

And Maryam, lol, FM-UF of Mrs. B.E.F. sounds like SUCH a long title when you write it out....and I MUST FIND IT! Jeez, libraries these days.... Also, I read everything and anything (that is fiction)!!
Oh, and I don't think I'll be entering the contest unless I come up with something really fast. I have exams that I'm studying for (I HATE MATHS), and bsw needs to be worked on, and -sigh-...I don't know. I might try and write something this weekend....

Keep posting, guys, I go through books so quickly that it ain't funny... hee hee

Tom: I uh, I write greeting cards.

Summer: Tom could be a really great architect if he wanted to be.

Partygoer: That's unusual, I mean, what made you go from one to the other?

Tom: I guess I just figured, why make something disposable like a building when you can make something that last forever, like a greeting card?
