Underneath her head,

Sleepy eyes,

Her song bursts into soft light,

To sleepy figures wrapped in blankets,

The Moonbeam Girl.

Her eyes are a clear violet,
Like pansies,
Her hair is streaming 'round her face,
In amber streaks

Her frame,
Slender and willowy,
Dancing,
Sun beams flashing from her fingers and toes,

Nimble feet,
All day long,
Shooting sunbeams,
