I agree with you, partly. I would not complain against him if he made something that would show people how to write, give them tips, pointers, and a few suggestions, but he wrote it as if it was "the" way; Furthermore, I draw the line when he openly attacks an author's plot/storyline in a "How-To". Again, you bring up a very good point, but, the same goes for what he writes. If he wants to show people how to write, he can give his opinion, but his opinion needs to be drawn to a close where it is an opinion about a fellow author.
