The Spooky Graveyard by Kaitlyn
One Halloween Night my family and I visited the graveyard. It had a fence and the moon was full. It was so spooky. There were lots of tombstones that had fallen over. My uncle drove us because he wanted to scare us.
First we heard a spooky noise. We thought it was a man in the woods. We saw his white bandages. The white bandages were moving in and out of the woods and suddenly they grabbed my brother. The mummy was too late. My brother got away. He felt the mummy’s breathe as he got away.
We all jumped into the car and drove home as fast as we could. We hoped to never see the Mummy again.
The Haunted Orphanage by Jackie
A mom, a boy, and a girl were going to the orphanage because they could not take care of themselves. It was Halloween night and the children were sad because they could not go trick or treating. The orphanage was shaped like a black cat. The door was creaky when the old lady answered the door. This is when it got very scary.
The kids were scary because they never got older they looked like the skin was falling off their faces. They were all only three feet tall.
When the family went to bed the old lady was peeking through the door. The mom woke up and checked on the kids and they had become like the others.
The children and the mom knew that love could break the old lady’s spell. The children had their families come for them and their love broke the spell. They all went back to their families forever.
