While they set up, the sun went down and the moon came up. It was a crescent shape. As soon as it was set and shone brightly, Mya collapsed. “Mya! Mya! What’s wrong?! Mya!” His eyes grew as he saw Myas hands slowly morph into claws. “What the-“ “Stay back Tsuki! She has been cursed! Scornpionious!” yelled Artimos. He laid her down and slowly backed up. He tripped a couple of times as he saw his friend change into a scorpion. The back of her pants ripped open and out came a long, black tail with a huge stinger at the end of it. People traveling by stopped to see what was happening. Some screamed and ran while others stood there and stared blankly. “Mya…” Tsuki said teary eyed. As she morphed, she grew about 5 times her normal size. Her legs disappeared and out came six, hairy scorpion legs. “What did you say Scornpionious means again?” “I didn’t, but it means that she was bitten by a scorpion. Must have been last night in the desert. When ever the moon is in its crescent form, she’ll change into a scorpion.” “How can we change her back?” “I’m not quite sure, but if I’m not mistaken I don’t think there is a cure…” “NOO!”
