My Cat
Written By Sheli Abbie Lang
I have a cat.
She’s a Himalayan, Persian.
She has a white coat.
She has gray ears, a gray nose, grayish white cheeks, gray paws, and a gray tail.
She has big, dark, red pupils and on the outside of her pupils it’s blue.
Her name is Angle.
Angle’s nickname is Fuzzball.
She’s three years old.
We got Angle when I was six.
We had another cat that we tried to breed, but the kittens died.
So, the woman, who owned the dad that Furball bred with, had a daughter (from a different cat) and the woman gave us the daughter.
But their was one problem.
You see the woman has children and a job.
She worked and we guessed that her children were mean to Angle when the mother was at work.
So Angle wasn’t friendly at first.
She didn’t like humans, (especially strangers) except me.
She’s a little bit friendlier now to humans.
But she’s still friendlier to me than anybody else.
She loves it when I scratch her neck.
The night I wrote this story I was playing with my bouncy ball, I lost it.
Until, Angle rolled it with her paw, it came rolling where I was standing!
So, I thanked her.
Angle is a stubborn and annoying cat.
I love Angle and she loves me.
