When White & Black Collide
A Poem For Wolf’s Requiem
A white wolf,
Gold eyes sparkling,
Snow white fur shining.
She is mother of the earth,
The sister of the sky,
The Goddess of all.
She is protector of the young,
Guardian of the earth,
Peace maker; Alsana.
A black wolf,
Blue eyes always sad,
Midnight fur slick and beautiful.
He is the son of all,
The leader of all packs,
The commander of all wars.
He is the wisest,
Smartest out of all wolves,
Cold savior; Narsha.
Together they are whole,
They make one,
They have ultimate power.
Apart they are deadly,
They are always angered,
They are always at war.
When White & Black Collide,
The world seems to stop,
Then explode with great force.
When Alsana and Narsha quarrel,
All is put into darkness,
And the world is at war with itself…
Can I? poem/song
A Dedication to Wolf’s Rain
These eyes only see destruction
When all they want is paradise.
This nose smells the flower dying
When it wants the flower to live.
This body feels torn and broken
When it wants to be whole again.
Can I sleep here for a while
Safe in your arms
Safe in your warmth?
Can I lie here for a while
While the world is still at war
While my life is slowly ending?
These eyes only see blood
When all they want is paradise.
These feet only feel snow
When they want to feel grass.
This stomach feels hunger
When it wants to be full.
Can I sleep here for a while
Protected by your loveliness
Protected by your kindness?
Can I lie here for a while
As the snow covers me
As the rain falls down?
These eyes only see war
When all they want is paradise.
This face only feels tears
When it wants to feel warmth.
This heart only feels dead
When it wants to be alive again.
Can I sleep here for a while
In this snow covered with blood
In this rain like ice.
Can I die here for a while
While the world dies with me
While I watch you be reborn again?
Can I……
