Jack, Annie and Eddie hurried off fast.
"Right now we need information more than quickness, let's slow down!!!" hollered Eddie.
Annie smartly said,"I already KNOW where to get information, which is why we are running to get there, you ape!"
Jack said nothing.
Jack, thinking for awhile said,"How do you know where information is?"
"It was on the captain's billboard last morning, Jack." said Annie, shaking her head hopelessly at Jack.
They traveled across creeks, by rivers, into the woods. Jack had never seen woods before. He looked in awe at the splendid trees going up 100 feet, the grass as green as it could get, and jumped at the sight of an animal.
"What's that?" Jack said fearfully.
"I dunno," said Eddie carelessly.
"That, is a deer," said Annie lofily in a matter-of-fact way,"It won't hurt us."
They stopped at about 8 o'clock for rest.
"Could we sleep here, and go tomorrow?" said Eddie exasperated.
"No." this time it came from Jack,"We've got to keep going."
It seemed like forever, trudging through the deep marshes, across wide plains.
"So, where exactly are we going to find this info?" said Eddie.
"At Warsaw," replied Annie,"In a blacksmith's office. We left from Naples, so we should get there in a few weeks of time."
"A few weeks? To Warsaw? We could never walk that fast!" said Jack curiosly.
"Exactly." said Annie, and that was all she let out.
