( I wasn't REAllY sick when I wrote this, just a stomache ache, but I was really bored~!)
I'm writing this with a stomacheache
make it go away,
I'll do whatever it takes!
Outside its a beautiful day
bright blue sky,
shimmering sun
this is is the way
fall's supposed to be,
and I'm stuck inside, oh woe is me!
First day of autumn
and overnight the world has become a circus of colors.
Crunchy leaves underfoot,
brilliant blue over head,
kids on the playground,
trees dyed orange, yellow, red.
I hear children laughter
there isn't a nastier
day to be sick then the first glorious day of fall!
I refuse to stay inside,
a little (105* temp) flu wont make me hide
I'm sure I'll be able to hold down food soon,
and I wasnt delierious, I really was on the moon!
No way will I let a tiny teeny bug going around
keep my barefeet off the warm autumn ground
its a crisp, good feeling kind of day,
I may be on my deathbed, but stay inside?
NO WAY!
