You know I still want you
He asked me to the dance
But I only want you.

You know I miss you
And the good times we had
I miss us holding hands and
Cuddling in the dark.

You know I want us
To be together, but I also know
You only called a quits so you
Wouldn’t have to see me hurt.

You know I don’t want them
I only turn to them for comfort
Because I know I can’t have your
Strong arms around me anymore.

You know I don’t want to hurt you
With these strong words I write, I warned
You, but I have to share my feelings
With you this night.

You know I love you
And I probably always will
But it was your choice and
I’ll always respect your decision.

You know I still love you
And I hope you still love me, too
Sometimes I can still see the longing
Deep within your eyes…
