Crash and Burn and Jamie

OK, so today I was riding my bike, and it's been about half a year since I rode, right? cool. So, I live on a hill so I had to ride down it, of course, before I can go anywhere, you get the picture. So I had almost gotten to the bottom of the hill and I wanted to start pedaling before my bike slowed down. I started pedaling and if you've ever rode a bike, you probably know the feeling of when you're pedaling but your bike is already going fast so it feels like your pedals are really loose and so it like makes your feet fly off the pedals.

That's what happened. Next thing I knew, I was using my left shoulder and both hands to stop myself and protect the rest of me from getting butchered as I skidded down the rest of the hill on a dirt road; ouch. I found my left leg under my bike and my right leg in a weird angle on top. My hands looked pretty bashed up, cuts on both, a scrape on my elbow and a cut on the top of my left hand. It didn't hurt until I had to pull myself up and out from under the bike. Now I have that cloth stuff, gauze they call it, on both my hands and my elbow. I look like I was in a car accident from all the bandaging. So when Mom rode her bike, I chose to ran and I decided never to ride down Diane Waide's giant hill with no hands and spread them out like an airplane after that crash since I had only rode the small hill and look what happened! It's KILLING me just to type!

Jamie; Thanks for your feedback, I'll probably write it now that I know it's not going to be a waste of time, that somebody might read it. Oh, and I, myself, like Nathan thought you were a girl, sorry, but he's right. Jamie IS normally a girl's name, no offense. But it's good to have another guy here, there's not enough of them. We have like 6 or so girls and like 3 guys here. Still haven't found the time to read your stories, sorry.
