The Shadow Spider

Joe Mistony loved science. He did not like his teacher. At Joe's school his teacher said,"MISTONY! Why are you failing in science?" "Don't know" Joe said. "I guess I'm no good." His teacher said, "You and I both know you're better than that." "What do you like?" his teacher asked. "I like spiders." said Joe. "Okay," said Joe's teacher, "you and I will go to the spider museum." It was true that Joe loved spiders, so may what he likes might some day overcome him. At the museum, Joe and his teacher walked through the many different spiders. Joe stopped to look at a spider, while his teacher went to the bathroom. Joe didn't notice the spider on him until it bit him. Joe then knocked it off and stepped on it. He lifted his foot and then...dark clouds made the shape of a spider. POOF! The spider formed from the clouds. Then the spider ran away. His teached called, "Come on Joe." Joe walked over to his teacher and said, "I don't feel good." "Okay," said his teacher. At home Joe fell asleep. Loud sounds woke Joe up. His mom was coming up. His body was reforming like the spider's, though just in time his body is in the flesh. "Are you feeling okay?" asked his mother. "Yeah," said Joe. He looked at his hand. He smashed it with a book. Just like the spider his hand reformed. "Wow!" Joe gasped. "That's so awesome." The next day Joe got in a fight with a bully. He was punched in the nose. It was bleeding, but it just reformed in the shadows. He gave the bully a good one to the stomach. "Uff" the bully coughed out. He fell to the ground. Joe then knew he had great power. At home Joe made a uniform for himself. It was black with a silver spider on his chest. One night there was a robbery at the bank. The robber ran through an alley. Joe just stuck his arm through the alley wall...Bam, right in the face. The cops arrived and arrested the robber, but they wondered how he was stopped. The next time there was a robbery at the jewelry store. All the lights were on. The cops could not see the robber. Joe (aka The Shadow Spider) turned off the lights. Then a man with a suit of lightning was there. Joe then knew he couldn't get close to Bright Night! What could Shadow Spider do then? Bright Lights back Joe thought. It's not lit up. Shadow Spider ran behind him. Thwap, right on the generator. Boom!! Joe went flying in a blast of light. Joe got up and found himself in the ally. He got up and went home. That's one villain down and many more to go. To be continued....
