Chapter 2 - Keeping it a Secret Marisa ran inside and grabbed a green towel from her shower bat. She took it by the box and laid it gently on top. The color matched the small trees and leaves. "No one will see it now" said Marisa, "Now, let's go inside. The girls hadn't seen much of the inside of the cottage yet, only the creeky stairs that led to the small living room. The living room had a blue carpet that matched the light blue coudhes. Then on the wall of the living room was a bookshelf. It was painted blue too. Mrs. Cathaway was serving dinner. The table was a little too small to hold all of them, so the girls ate on the white granite counter. The girls tried not to talk too much about the rocks, so they could keep it a secret from Mr. and Mrs. Cathaway. After dinner, Mr. Cathaway asked if the girls wanted to go out to the beach. He said they could enjoy a nice fire. The girls slipped their sandals on right away and walked along the silky sand back to the box. They almost were going to have a fire together, but somehow when they opened the box, it seemed as if it stopped time. Chapter 3 - The First Adventure Sarah and Marisa looked back at Mr. and Mrs. Cathaway. No part of them was moving and they were very worried. Sarah got up to go touch her parents to see if they were OK, but a forcefield blocked her. "Mom, Dad, what happened?" asked Sarah. "It's OK Sarah. It will be fine. As soon as we close the box, they'll be OK" said Marisa. Sarah stared at her parents and let the silky sand fall through her hands. "Close the box now" said Sarah. Marisa reached into the box and pulled out a pink rock with a white crown on it. "Sarah, feel the rock. It's so smooth." said Marisa. Sarah let the sand slip out of her hand and touched the smooth rock. Suddenly they saw a light shine to the sky and a big crown above the light and the same shape of the rock. A big wind blew and forced them into the forest. The wind got stronger and the rock blew out of Sarah's hand. "Oh no! We better catch it" said Sarah. There was no sign of the rock and there was no sign of people either.
This is great! Ordinary? Get
