awwwww. little masked babies!

we found 4 baby raccoons in my grandmothers upstairs closet! we thought it was a squirrel problem so my dad went up. heres how it went.

dad: *picks up bottle of fox pee* ok. *goes up stairs*

dad: honey! i need a flashlight!

mom:right! *runs up stairs*

me:this is a good book
granny: really whats it about?

mom comes running down the stairs

mom:uhhhh. u got a box or a tote?

me:*reading book*

granny:why?

mom:we got some raccoons

granny:*gasp!*

me: *looks up from book* wait. what about raccoons?

mom runs up stairs and comes back with a box o' raccoon!

so there u have it! i'm a mother! thank god we've done this before. sadly we find alot of litters of animals. and we raise them! theres been puppies,kittens,cotton tail bunnies, some less lucky jack rabbits that did not make it, and at one time a baby possum crawled through the pet door. my mom feeds 'em all with whatever must be given!

we like just found them an hour ago. they r 2-4 weeks old. just opened their eyes. we don't know what goings to happen yet but i'll keep ya posted if anyone cares and replies! i might even take pictures! i love it when we find litters. even though its sad for the animals. anyway anyone know any raccoon caring tips???
