This movie ROCKS! seriously. It is about teens in the 60's to all the beatles songs. If you're a beatles fan or not, you'll like this movie!

this really was I think the best movie I've ever seen. Seriously.

SEE IT NOW! although as a side note you might want to ask your parents first it is PG-13, so yeah....

More like late sixties into

More like late sixties into the seventies - it's the Viet Nam war, anyway.
The visuals were spectacular, which really distracted you from the fact that the plot was extremely lacking. The covers were mediocre.
I liked it, but it wasn't anything amazing.

I don't really agree, sorry

I don't really agree, sorry escella. The plot wasn't lacking, it was true to life in the sixties/seventies. The visuals were SPECTACULAR, strawberry fields forever was one of the best scenes from a movie EVER. This movie is about visuals, and if you don't appreciate that, then it definitely isn't your type of movie.

Danger - Fear = Excitement
Happiness + Time = Peace

I agree that it was true to

I agree that it was true to life during the Viet Nam war - but I meant the characters. The plot elements on the character level weren't unique or interesting in any way. Say if you took out the setting - the Viet Nam war - and put it in the present, the plot would have no depth. It would just be a bunch of teenagers... well, being teenagers.

I appreciated the visuals. I highly appreciated the visuals. The visuals were absolutely amazing. Don't get me wrong about that, now.

but the setting is the

but the setting is the story. Thats the point. If you take out any setting it makes a story differant.

Danger - Fear = Excitement
Happiness + Time = Peace

I don't love this movie, but

I don't love this movie, but it's all right.
