Chapter 1 One day Lily, Lola and Lucy were playing outside at recess. They were playing on the swings. It was warm and muggy. "Ooh! It's gross out here and muggy," the girls murmured. "Like oh my gosh!" some boys teased them. "Stop teasing us," Lucy exclaimed. "What are you going to do about it. Huh?" asked the boys. "Mrs. Mayfield," the girls shouted to their teacher. "Yes, girls." she said in an uncaring voice. "The boys are being mean to us." the girls said. "Oh, don't worry about it." Mrs. Mayfield said. The boys just laughed, "Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha." The girls ran off to the monkey bars. "Gosh, why are those boys so mean?" Lola asked. "They must really like us!" Lucy said in a sick voice. Lily was thinking and she had an unusual look on her face. "Are you okay? You look kind of weird." Lucy and Lola said. "Yeah. I'm okay." Lilly said with a weird tone in her voice. "Okay" said Lucy. "Wait hold on! What happened? Tell me! Tell me!" said Lucy. "Well," said Lily, "I was thinking if..." She got interrupted by the bell. "I will tell you guys later." said Lily. "Line up!" Mrs. Mayfield shouted.
