I looked into
The sky today
Up into the dark clouds
And saw the sun
Prating through
And I began to cry
Cuz I realized God
Was with me
And I was sorry
For ever doubting Him
Cuz he is always there
For me, especially
When I cry.
Even the weak
Can be strong
With the power
Of God
With God we
Can do anything,
Be anyone, and
Go anywhere in life
Trust in Him
Follow his ways
Listen to Him
And you will
Prosper forever.
And even though
They hurt me
And even though
I don’t always
Treat him right
And even though
They defy me
I know He’s always
Beside me and
He will hold me
Cuz He loves me
And he will
Wipe my tears away
When I call His name
He is my father, He is God…
