Juniper's House
May 17, Sunday
Attendants: Juniper, Kit, Danny, Joey, and Sophie.

Today, I am attending court. Not just any court, but THE court. The court of Justice. Judge Juniper has called court on behalf of Joey and Sophie's fight over the pick of Ross in a game of kickball.
Personally, I think I should be judge. Judge Kit. It sounds more professional than Judge Juniper- doesn't it?
Well, I am the defending attorney for Sophie. And Danny is the prosecuting attorney for Joey. These minor things are usually automatic, on a count I seem to always agree with Sophie, and well there's only two people left, Joey and Danny.
I sit on the small coach next to my defendant, Sophie Brinner. There on the similar coach beside us sits Joey and Danny.
"Please rise!" Juniper calls as she enters the room and sits on the arm-chair infront of us. We all rise, then sit, on a count of that we are used to the rutine.
"Joey Turner is blaming Sophie Brinner for the stealing of Ross Greenwood on Friday May 15 at recess. In a game of kickball Joey supposuvly picked Ross, the star kicker, to be on his team. As the game was about to begin Joey claims Ms. Sophie stole him, and he ended up on her team resulting in an obvious win for Sophie and her team. Ms. Hurst, your openning statement please..." Juniper looked me in the eye.
"Yes, thankyou Ms. Kaycoll." I stood up and turned toward Joey and Danny. "I recall this last Friday. The kickball game going fairly UNfair. With Joey and Sophie as captains they picked their teams. Sophie picked Michelle. Joey picked Jacob. Sophie stood there, quiet, thinking. As she was about to make her pick for Ross, Joey simply stepped in."
"Thankyou Ms. Hurst. Now, Mr. Burress, your openning statement."
I sat relieved on the coach. I knew what had happened, I was there. But was I right? Well.... let's just say Juniper forgot the Truth Systen.
'I swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.'
She forgot it, so it's ok..... Right?
