Writing Response Contest

Hi, Smiley again.
I want to have a contest.
Here is the description.

Starting on June 19 and ending on July 7, you will be offered a position to enter the writing contest I am holding.
Anyone can enter.

Rules:
1. You must begin your story with this beginning:

The raindrops splattered all over my green T. shirt. Working at Douse Splash Car Wash was not the funnest thing, especially when you are interested more in new clothes than wet clothes. I, being a girl and such, do not enjoy this. Quit? There's only one problem; my dad runs this place.
I soaked my brand-new purple sponge in the bucket of soap water as it splattered here and there, all over me. Like I was so grateful for this purple sponge as my birthday present. At least it's from my dad, and he was excited. You can't argue or disagree with anything that'll hurt your ol' man so here I am.

2. It may be a chapter book or a short story.
3. Chapter maximum is 6 chapters.
4. Must start and finish within the selected time.
5. Label the title
