in Maia (my made up world)

Bray the horse rode of the sooty ground. Dribble’s hair flew back to his shoulders as he rode to the dark, enormous tower that loomed above him. He was just a shadow to it, lurking at the feet of its master.
“Password,” said a guard.
“Not now,” Dribble reared up his horse and the guard for safety.
Dribble rode into the dark halls of the enemy. There must have been an enemy at the feast and his fathers have been taken captive. 2 days now he ridden and now he reached his final destiny.
A sound rang in the dark corridor as Dribble drew his father’s sword at the hilt was a blue stone the size of his father’s fist.
Guards leaped away as Bray and Dribble pranced into the great hall waving his sword in air.
The evil king laughed at Dribble’s ignorant-self and cried, “Well met, young master!”
Bray whinnied.
Tapestries hung on the walls and old instruments also hung on the walls. A faint light came through windows. This hall was much like Dribble’s fathers.
But there was a difference from a lord and a king.
