Pieces of the Puzzle- Prologue

I'm a small town girl. Not tall or short, not blonde or brunette, not skinny or fat, and certainly not rude, but not completely polite. Let's get to the main idea though.

My father and mother divorced and I never met my father. My mom never showed me a picture of him or even told me what he looked like. I go searching all around the house to find a picture or something of him at night, but what I find is nothing.

I believe my mother burned, threw away, or ripped my father's belongings and pictures. I only wish I knew what he looked like. I can only keep searching and believing that one day I will see my father. One day...
