This is the best book I have ever read since The Great Tree of Avalon! (It's a great book). Anyways, it's about two girls who are in Ireland who both have a love for faeire and adventure. They go to Tara where they sleep on an enchanted Faerie Mound. On of the girls, named Findabhair, is captured by the King of Faerie. The other girl, Gwen, begins a quest to rescue Findabhair from Faeire. She eventually meets some allies, an old lady named Granny and a young man named Dara. They find Findabhair only to find that she didn't want to be saved and that she was going to be sacrificed to a giant worm that would destroy Faerie if a sacrfice was not made. They go to battle against the worm, but he cannot die. The Faerie King, Finvarra, is overcome by his love for Findabhair and is sacrificed instead.

I recomend this book to anyone who enjoys fantasy and adventure!
