Glass

by HannahZ
in over her head

June 24th, 2008

Tired of the outside,

broke the glass.

Shattered, peices stuck

in me that jab hard but no longer stop

my happiness.

a drop of blood

for a tear of laughter,

a trade that I'd make anyday.

walked inside and realized

they weren't in the glass i was looking through

i was trapped, broke out

armed and ready now

to free some more.

Ban together,

break down

glass wall and glass mirrors

nothing gained

without the pain.

Shards of glass are on the floor,

we need not fear them anymore.

We each have an enemy,

different but the same,

lets crush it now.

We are one.
