in New Jersey
I came downstairs to eat dinner where I saw my mom sulking all over again.
"Who told you, you could come downstairs?" my mom lifted her head from her hands which were swollen from tears.
"Well, I need to eat."
"Don't backsass me! If you want something to eat, then go to the McDonald's down the street."
"Fine."
"The next time you get sassy with me, you won't have any dinner."
"Okay." I walked up the stairs to my room. I started to talk to the Spongebob poster on the wall again.
"What if I bring a big purse with all my belongings and run away. That way my mom will think I'm bringing my money in my purse. Brilliant. I must start packing right away."
I started packing all my clothes in this huge purse that was given to me last Christmas. Then I brought my Spongebob poster. That way I can put it on a wall and have an object to talk to when I'm talking to myself. Now I have to steal the debit card and ID cad out of my mother's purse. I should bring a little bit of snacks though.
I know what you're thinking. I'm just going to run away And have no clue where I'm going. No so. I remember once when my mother went to work a piece of paper fell out of her purse. It said 44 Surpreme Rd. Camden, NJ. We live in Cape May, NJ. I'll just have to ride bus. It's my cheapest transportation. Actually the bike is my best bet, but that would take days. So I'll take the bus.
After I snuck away and stole my mom's ID and debit card. I was about to walk out of that house for the last time, until I remembered I needed my cell phone.
"Alright I'm going to Mikey D's."
"Wait. Why do you have that huge purse?"
"It's the new style."
"You pre-teens and your crazy fads."
Those were the last words I would here my mom say. I walked out of that door having an expectation to see my dad. Of course I stopped at McDonald's I was hungry.
