"The school is too haunted," I snapped back, "and we're gonna prove it."
"Olivia I will not have you snooping around the school any longer! You got sent to the princeples once too many times."
You remember that little hanging incedent a few months ago? Yeah well, she still tries to find some way to hold it against me.
"I wasn't even in trouble! And its not snooping if we're doing it during school hours." Okay that was a somewhat lie.
It was true that we wernt techneclly snooping around because we had a right to see the school, but on the other hand it was because we didn't have the teachers primission. But if you look at it from MY perspective then we we're just plain old ordinary students that got lost finding the bathroom or the playground.
"Okay Olivia's right and hey lets save this for another time maybe?" Kate said. Kate is the only person I know that will acually stand up to someone else's parents in that manner. It was acually pretty impresseve, but I gave Kate another glare anyway.
My mom looked at Kate in the rear view mirror. Then continued driveing without saying anymore. I think that ment she agreed with Kate, for the time being that is.
I sighed and the rest of the ride was spent in silence.
