Greetings, everyone. I live in Saudi Arabia and I'm thirteen, but yet...
Well, to tell you the truth, about three people within the last month have told me I've very mature for my age. So...
In any case, here we are. So I'll get started!
Me On The Outside:
In terms of nationality, I'm a complete cocktail.
Saudi, American, Dutch, Palestinian, Armenian, Morroccan, Spanish, and a dash of Egyptian (I was born there, in Alexandria)
I look mostly Dutch/Palestinian. The West is my mom's side, my dad's the Eastern.
I have very thick but now short (thank goodness. I can pull it up off my neck, and do more often than not), light brown hair, which is usually tangled wildly. It's either straight or wavy (that, it can't seem to decide :)
My eyes are a dark brown, and, I'm told, a very pretty shape, but you can't really tell what color it is unless you come up close. Besides, I wear glasses, which obscures them further.
I'm fair, the lightest in color in my family. People tell me I look Eastern European. God knows where THAT came from, though... ;)
As to me on the inside, my personality, and such:
I'm writing a novel, currently around 205 pages and close to being finished. I want to complete it before the end of summer '08, so I can finally start editing!
I read many, many books. An average of, I don't know, maybe 10, 12 a week. Especially when I'm close to a library. I enjoy reading all sorts but despise the following -
Too much description
Too much elaborting (is that even a word?) on things that don't need elaboration
UNCONVINCING PAIRS!!!!
UN-REALISTIC-NESS!!!!!!

Augh. Lots and lots and lots. i couldn't possibly list them all!
I've written two complete, er, works on here, 'Ana, Assassin of the Mafia' and 'The Un-Rescued Princess'. I'm in the middle of writing another one titled 'Indiana, Invincible'. I would love to comment on and critique any one of yours (I also had a series called, 'What I Think About the Writing of the People on KidPub'; you can check that out, too!)

Books/Authors I Hate/Dislike/Was Unimpressed With:
Hate's a strong word, true. But...
Michael Ondaatjie is one of the most boring authors I'e ever read. Though both The English Patient AND Divisadero were critically acclaimed, they made no lasting impressions on me except one of extreme dislike.
