Darkna grasped Rivr’s mask tight in her claws. Since she had gotten Rivr’s mask, she didn’t have to worry about it anymore. She screamed in pain and demanded. “Let go of me!” The Air Raptor didn’t seem to listen. Darkna whacked it and demanded again. “Let go me you filthy thing!” The Air Raptor’s answer was not something said but done. It gripped tighter on Darkna’s shoulder. It’s razor sharp talons digged deeper into her tissue. Green Neon fluid oozed from her shoulders. Darkna screamed louder and even more eardrum shattering. The others must have heard that. Darkna thought.
With out a warning, the Air Raptor dropped Darkna into an unknown fate. When she landed, it’s wasn’t pleasant. She landed on stone ground, knocking her breath from her lungs. “What is this hunk of metal doing on my floor?” A girl’s voice demanded. Darkna couldn’t see the person who had created this voice but something about her voice made Darkna shudder. The girl’s answer came from a Air Raptor who let out a high pitched screech. “Don’t yell at me!” The girl snapped as she shot a blast of shadow. It blasted over Darkna’s head. It struck the Air Raptor dead on, sending it flying. “Now, Why are you in my presents Draken Darkna?” The girl’s voice seemed to soften up. “I didn’t –“ The girl didn’t waited for Darkna to finish her sentence so she blasted another shadow blast at her. It hit her straight on. Sending her sprawling. The girl stepped into Darkna’s view. Darkna forced herself to stand. Darkna knew her name too well, all she could do was yell it out. “Scorch!” Scorched laughed and shot another shadow blast. Darkna screamed as it hit her. Pain and agony fired threw her veins and screamed an earsplitting cry. “Flamzo!!”
All the 6 Draken Warrior had heard Darkna’s cry. “Hurry! Go! Go! Go!” Flamzo commanded as they ran to the Temple of the Air Raptors. Coonir rocketed high into the air carrying Flamzo and Rivr’s weakened body. “Stay there! Unless we need your help!” Flamzo called down to the others. The others stopped and stood there until Flamzo, Rivr, and Coonir disappeared into the clouds above.
In less than a millisecond, Scorch had grabbed Darkna by the throat and stared into her eyes; Pure evil burning in her eyes. Scorch giggled and threw Darkna across the room. Darkna was too weak to even sit up, she laid there in misery. “Who is this ‘Flamzo’ person your screaming about.” Scorch yelled or whispered; Darkna could no loner tell the difference. “Me!” Flamzo shouted as Coonir broke threw the ceiling. Scorch gasped, dove, then rolled for cover. Coonir dropped Flamzo. He broke into a run as he approached Darkna worried and filled with rage. “Flamzo…” Darkna moaned and slipped into unconsciousness. “The mask…” Flamzo could barely hear her words but they seemed so clear. In Darkna’s hand was Rivr’s mask. “Rivr!” Flamzo called as he threw his mask to him. Rivr dragged himself to his mask. Once he touched it, it clinked to his face. Rivr was back in power, it flowed threw him like his neon blood. “What did you do to her?” Flamzo demanded. “Oh, yeah, ‘bout that. She just weakened. If you hadn’t come, you’d better had her memorial stone waiting for her.” Scorch laughed. Flamzo on the other hand wasn’t taking this entertaining. He fired his Magma BowCaster. A Magma ball was sent flying toward her. Scorch did nothing but smiled in satisfaction. “Strike me down now. I swear I will haunt you until you are driven mad!” Scorch yelled as the Magma ball struck her and melted all of her tissue. All was left was ashes. “Good job. Another moron bits the dust.” Rivr taunted. “Literally.” Rivr flicked his claws and a river of waters blasted and hit Darkna. Her eyes snapped open. Flamzo – for the first time – smiled.
Darkna threw her arms around Flamzo. Flamzo held her tight. Darkna felt safe.
